Middle School

Its been 5 months of 6th grade and 4 months until 7th grade. Mrs. Narsiman in class today asked us to do a WORDLE on what things you think of middle and pick 15 to 20 words to put in a WORDLE there were so many words I could think of but I narrowed it down to 15. Then we have to look a it at the end of the year look back at it at the end of 6ht and see what we thought of middle school then of middle school back then. some of my words mean. Like Responsibility you have much more in your hands now. I put PE down because I think its one of the best and most fun classes in middle school. Homework you get a Little bit more homework than ES. There are lots of fun things in middle school.

Leaders

A leader is someone who does good things they are strong trustworthy inspiring loyal good talkers and good listeners.

I think Nelson Mandela was a good leader.

He was in prison for 27 years for his belief of anti-apartheid, he wanted everyone black and white to have the same rights. All over the world he was a symbol of hope and justice. 4 years after he was released Nelson Mandela was the first president to be elected in south Africa when everyone was allowed to vote in a democratic election.

A famous quote of his when he was released form prison was:

“Friends, Comrades and fellow South Africans. I greet you all in the name of peace, democracy and freedom for all. I stand here before you not as a prophet but as a humble servant of you, the your tireless and heroic sacrifices have made it possible for me to be here today. I therefore place the remaining years of my life in your hands.”

SPCA

There are millions of animals a year that get left on the street. Old, young or seriously hurt. But they all just want to be loved like Jerry here the cat he just wants to be loved, his owner kicked him out when he was only one year old he was so sad he almost gave until the SPCA took him in and he was nursed back to health. 5 months later he was adopted. now hes like snowy the dog he never had problems like Jerry he was loved and played with like a human. You have to think Jerry was one of the cats that didn't get put down. But the SPCA still has some problems that we can help with they need some of these things like puppy pens, food and water bowls, old towels and litter box's. So animals have rights and heeling's so don't abuse them that.

My Idea Of Courage

In class to day I was asked to write a paragraph on courage. So my idea of courage is doing some thing that you do out of your comfort zone, doing thing to help no one else would do. Like when Austin start the hops of hope $ 1 for each basket. In my old school we had to run a fund raiser for charity and I had never done it before so I volunteered. So thats what my idea of courage is.

Drum Roll Please. Hi my name is Thomas but every one calls me Tom. I'm in Grade six.My hobbies are Scuba Diving, playing on the computer, PS2, PSP and Mounting Biking. Some of the sports I do are Basket-Ball and  Soccer. So I hope you will look at more about me.
